Shipping & Returns
We have a 5 day processing period on all orders once payment is received.
All orders within Australia are sent via Australian Post for a flat rate of $10. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges
We understand that your order may not be suitable, and you may need to return your order to us. If your order is not personalised we can offer you a return or exchange subject to availability however it must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning your order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on personalised orders so please choose carefully before placing your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must e in the original packaging upon return.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed inside stating your order number
If you perceive your item to be faulty upon arrival, do not use or wear the item as this will void its ability to be returned. Please email us with evidence of the perceived fault and we will arrange for its repair.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We will only offer a refund if an item is faulty.
Hunter & I do not cover the return postage costs. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense.
We are in no way liable/responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a service that allows you to track the item, ensue you take note of the tracking number.
